Patient Portal Policy

The possibilities of provider-patient-parent communication using the Internet are exciting indeed.  We want to make it as
easy as possible for you to be an integral part of your child’s medical care, so we have implemented a patient portal.  Our portal is a secure and convenient way to communicate with your child’s heath care provider.  By using this service, you will have access to your child’s immunizations, medications, account information, and more.  You will also be able to complete well exam paperwork, or other forms, prior to your  child’s visit – saving you valuable time in the office. 

All electronic communication between patient-parent and our office must come through a portal account.  This communication will then become a permanent part of your child’s record. As always, very sensitive, personal, or emergency topics are best left for office visits.
